Personally I think that website size will more than likely grow, however, because new techonolgies are on the rise from day-to-day, the design of websites will be accustomed to what is new and upcoming...simply because they have to be! Of course it matters..web technologies and the way they are today....their not always going to be this way. By this time next year, or two years from now, there is going to be something different, whether it be a new phone or any other device that can access the internet.... time is not going to stand still, it never has so why would it now??....All future technological advances that are going to take place has to have a way to access the internet, whethere it be your home phone, cell phone, ipod or whatever else comes to surface in the nea future.

As a wed developer/manager, the thought process has to always be thinking about.."will this work now and will it work in the future"...or always be on the tip-of-your-toes about whats going to come next and how will I adapt to that new technology...
